You can find your matches by clicking on the "Tournaments" option on the sidebar on the left and then from there select "My Matches".
Contacting Your Opponent
Your will have two days to get in contact with your opponent once your match is seeded to set up that week's match. Using the match chat supplied in your match link on the varsity esports site is the best way to do this. The match chat is on the same page you will use to view your matchup for the week and report your scores.
If your opponent does not respond to you within the two day time period, it does not mean they automatically forfeit. Please reach out to Support, so that we may help get your match situated.
In the same place that you find, view your match, and use the match chat; there will be reporting functionality. Enter the score in the number box, select which team won and lost from the drop down menu and press the submit button. If the match was a forfeit please check the forfeit box under forfeiting team and press the submit button. Scores should be reported right after the match by the winner of the match.
If you feel your opponent has filed the incorrect scores for the match or there is another dispute with the scores being reported, please file a Match Dispute right away.
Match Disputes are our way of taking reports from players and teams who feel a rule violation has occurred in their match or the behavior of a player/team needs to be brought to the attention of HSEL Admins. If you feel that a match dispute is needed, please select the Match Related category on our Contact Form and fill it out. Please make sure to include any screenshot evidence you may have regarding your dispute. We will be unable to process any disputes lacking evidence.
